Postponement of the planned 26th intern. Flock Symposium

Due to the still uncertain development of Covid-19, we decided together with our members of the association
that the planned 26th Intern. Flock Symposium in March 2021 in Barcelona to be postponed by one year to March 2022 in Barcelona.
We will announce the exact date for March 2022 as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

General assembly 2021 and board elections

For our planned general assembly on March 17, 2021, the members of the association voted for the implementation of a virtual general meeting.
The presentation of the board candidates and all the necessary documents will be sent to all members by email in December 2020.

Elisa Perrot is leaving the board

Elisa Perrot (elected board member since 2019) is leaving the company AIGLE Macchine SRL at her own request and unfortunately our board.
We would like to thank you for the great cooperation on the board and wish Elisa all the best for her professional and private future.
Alberto Sadun (AIGLE) will support the board as an advisory member until the next board election in March 2021. We look forward to working with Alberto.

Susanne Brodmerkel (née Thaler) is back from parental leave

Susannne Brodmerkel (née Thaler) returned to her job in the association on September 1st, 2020 after her parental leave. We are happy that Susanne is back.

PFT Flock Technik opens production site in Romania

PFT Flock-Technik SRL was founded in February 2020 and functions as an independent company in Romania, near Brasov.

By Stabilus' customer requirement for PFT Germany to flock at “Stabilus” place in Romania, PFT decided to take this step and all preparations for the construction of the production site were done in 2019.

Both the flocking of technical components and the design flocking are already taking place here. However, the flocking of compression springs with one flocking line will be the core element. Two more flocking lines are to follow by 2022.
